Right, I have sold a few parts on ebay and people have payed me via paypal, and pyapl said they have to keep my money for 21 days or until the buyer leaves posotive feedback then I can have it, But I just want to know can I buy things off ebay etc and pay through paypal with the money there holding ?
yeah its did it for me then they asked me alot of times to prove who i was and recipts for thigs i was selling ffs they ended up blocking me off of paypal
The reason Paypal holds this money is so that people don't sign up, take payment, transfer the money, then not post parts. The 21 days are given so the customer can recieve the item and check its as described. Its for peace of mind for the buyer. Sorry if i'm being impatient but i've still not recieved the typhoon frame!!! Have you posted it???? Still had no reply to my PM mate....
