Just had a phone call from paypal, saying that I have an outstanding balance of £150 and if I do not pay it then action will be taken and I couldn't get a word in edge ways then the whore fucking hung up on me. I spent 10 minutes on the phone trying to contact them and got fucking no where. The bloke who bought my engine knew it was collection only. ARGHHHH what a prick!
Just tried ringing the bloke. got a name in my phone called "phil engine" and that was the number of the bloke who bought it: Hello is this phil? im pretty sure they dont actually give him the money they just minus your account and then when you pay money in it comes strait out of your account and into his i bought something a few years back never arrived and the bloke never contacted me back so i filed a complaint they said they had minused his account and as soon as any more money went in i would recieve it in my account to this day i have not recieved a penny so you actually owe the money to the bloke not paypal if it hasnt changed do you know his adress? send it recorded delivery it may cost you the £8 in courier fees but then you can say i sent you your engine although it was stated pick up only and you no longer owe him the moneys as he has recieved the item he payyed for just an idea

Fuck sakessss!! Now had a different company on the phone to me this morning saying a payment has to be made today or action will be taken. Paypal HAVE refunded the bloke and that is why I owe them the money. I cant do shit about it because my ebay is blocked so I cant even ring the bloke to say "WTF YOU PLAYING AT CUNT??" I tried telling the bloke on the phone that situation, basically he was like; "naaaaa, give me yur munies or im guna steal them" so I told him to fuck off and hung up... bearing in mind he woke me up and I was still half asleep. My old boy wasn't happy about that lollz. Can I get in touch with the small claims court about this??
not really.. he paid for something.. and then got his money back.. as simple as that tbh. Try sell the engine for £150 then it cover the £150 you already spent.
How did you sell the item?? Ebay or something? Paypal works on the basis of proof of purchase... If your selling Item X and it's collection only for £200 and accept paypal, 99% your going to get mugged off. Simple as, if you do not have a posting/courier/tracking receipt that you sent the item you don't have a leg to stand on.. Even photocopies of driving licenses won't work, even hand written/signed receipts don't work has to be from a post office and you have to have sent the item to them to even stand a chance in winning the claim. I send you money, i come collect item we both happy, 1 week later i need money and think, you have no proof that i took that item i'll get my money back. Paypal have no proof he got his item, so they have to give them their money back, out of their own pocket at first then they will chase you for it. You will end up paying for it, you got scammed, face it, deal with it. It happens mate sorry to say but it has happened to be a few times. Edit : If you can close your paypal account / remove bank details Wolfy, i suggest doing it quickly. They can't give money if there is no account!
wolffy wont be ablei tried cant close account cant do fuck all, and they rang me four times yesterday 3rd time around i told them ive had 2 phonecalls from your company and i am trying to deal with it now fuck off lol. Oh yeh soming to add as well wolffy, dont worry your bank account is safe, Paypal or no cunt in this world has the right to take money from your account with your permission so dont let them bribe you, they tried it with me by saying do you want us to charge the money to your bank account now and it will all be over with, i was like FUCK OFF YOU PRICKS, the only thing u can do to be sure is close your current bank account and open a new one, that way you will have a new account number and sort code, etc etc
