OR how to tune a tgb r50 x. suzuki ap 50 katana full circle cank, grind 5mm off the variator side,kick start is u/s.machine 3mm off coil mounting.fit basic tgb 4 coil dynamo thingy(thinner) mill 5mm off cdi pick up mill 3mm off crankcase adjacent to transfer port, turn 4 rivets to 1mm on flywheel...fabricate bracket for doppler pipe mill 5mm off rear brake caliper,fit big carb,malossi 70 kit match exhaust port to pipe, clean up ports etc whoever said i mispent my youth pissin about with 2 strokes wuz wrong...i knew it wud come in handy one day
I have no idea what you are on about but I hope it ran. You don't have to be a 16yr old puter head to make a scoot run hard.
basicly theres no tuning bits for tgb mopeds and its a nightmare getting other bits off different scoots to fit..ps no more posting after beer,even i cant understand wot i wrote :beer: :beer:
