ordering provisional

    okay send my provisional for off and it came back because of my passport then i sent it i sent it off again and they said you have to apply on 4/7/2011 my birthday is on 7/4/2011 or maybe there date is the wrong way round anyway its two weeks until my birthday and i need it and im sure you can order it early what do i do ?

    Ring DVLA and speak to someone direct, you should get the answers that way even if have be persistent.
