Fitted a weatherproof eyelet lead to my battery on my Honda Dylan 125 - into the under seat storage area - do you think that the heat generated from the engine will melt the cable on the eyelet lead -http://www.optimate.co.uk/tm71.htm
I think it will be fine so long as nothing rubber or plastic is in direct contact with the engine or exhaust pipe etc where any heat can directly melt anything while your riding.
