That looks like a cheap chinese exhaust which will rust at the first sign of rain and have no performance benefit at all.
yep..thinking of doing the 80 kit for the torque and gear it up for longer distance runs rather than high speed around town..im more francis rossi than valentino rossi.still needs to get about a bit nippy but im not worried if it only does 35 round town.variator and all the roller stuff is doing my head in too..need help..big time...just need a pipe thats good for letting the engine breath and give a good wide power band..apart from that..all the advice and help i can get..
kinda thought that myself...lots of them about so im lead to believe from various forum read ups...hard to tell a good one from the rubbish with chinese copying every thing...wonder they havnt copied their copies yet
They have, Boatian are a reasonable scooter built in China, but their are cheaper than chips copies of them .
Dont worry about the gear up kit affecting the acceleration , a good quality properly set up variator will take care of it.
well,i was thinking bout a 100cc kit at first but will the the crank put up with the extra stress.if i get the 100 kit ide want to do the cam to suit as i dont like the idea of new and old parts mashing together.but then ide really need a good pipe..thats gonna be a bit out of my price range at the moment,like i say...not got a clue what certain thing would be best to help me on my way and give me a good start on the upgrade ladder and not be a waste of time and money..gotta be someone out there thats been there done that and got the speeding tickets.had a read up on the tuning sections but its just confused me more
hi all.I got the pipe and just fitted it.nice deep sound and no probs with it all fitting..aint been out yet cos my back hurts now..getting old(54).
just got back from a ride..sound nice..ped goes a little bit better but still spluttering..gotta get the unrestricted cdi and that sorted and then it all comes apart for the 80cc big bore.then the rollers then the bushes then the brakes then the...
you aint wrong bruv...you aint wrong..biggest problem is that spluttering..few people have had the same problem but havnt posted if they fixed it or not..changed the carb after a bad starting problem but the spluttering was still there after so it dont look like a carb/fuel problem..i aint gonna give up trying to cure it,when i do...im gonna post it...
