    yeah now its one big swearing fit, at least i had the insight to order a gasket set for my TOP performances kit though :D

    yup, got the c16 for it, on the lookout for another engine for the 12mm crank and maybe a c21 and leave the c16 for the low-end 70 kit

    well considering its a completely different thing, im with gazell...

    blueprinting is making the case/barrel flows and port sizes or timings how the manufacturer designed them.

    port mapping is taking dimensions of ports

    blueprinting of the engine is in essence machining it to original spec as sw1ft said

    however:

    taking blueprints of ports is actually the same as port mapping. and yes i have done it now.

    if he said dont forget to blueprint those ports then it would have meant something entirely different.

    therefore martin is right but its easily read as blueprinting.

    anyway, project evolution is on stop until my F15 arrives

    nah, by the time i'd arranged to pick it up someone else had bought it :mad:

    got an engine for £25 though, should be here monday or tuesday, then i can order the crank, mains and seals and make a start on the lump.
