Onions are a perfect acompanyment,EG liver and onions,cheese and onion.and adds that acidic flavour especially when raw in sarnies,even corned beef n onion.

onion in all forms are nice raw or cooked but i hate paki fied onion barges and when they make you cry when you cut them

Urrgh man just done the onion challenge. Was watching on Saturday kitchen live a onion market, n they had a competition who could eat a onion the quickest. Guiness world records in 48 seconds I think.

I thought I'd give it a go with a average size red onion, urgggh will do it again though haha. I got a vid too, might youtube it :mod:
