Havnt been on in a while. Over the last few months i succesfully done nout with the bike but just recently its started to get some where.
I ditched the original 50cc ac engine and decided to drop an aerox 100cc into it which seems to have been a waste of time :-\ rebuilt the engine from scratch (learning as i go) and the spec so far stands as below:
    Original loom and stator
    unrestricted cdi
    52mm stroker crank
    118cc big bore
    stage 6 fibre reeds
    stage 6 metal manifold
original carb jetted to stage 6 filter
    polini kevlar belt
    polini variator
    Pm tuning clutch bell
    hebo clutch
    endy exhaust

as well as all this i changed from the stock wheels and forks to an aerox setup with a doppler stem modified to take bars from my jump bike.
When i first started i began off with the general idea that the bigger the engine the faster it was (thats what you get for having chavs for mates). Found out the other day though that all ive done is effictivley wasted time and money as the heads for the 100cc never rev high enough due to there restricted exhaust ports even on the big bores :-(

    Rally 50 you get me
they dont have much hp as you say they dont rev high but they make more torque than a 70cc so just run a gear up for more speed to make use of the power you have

Was never to bothered about the top end was just after the aceleration really, regrrt getting the 100 engine but cant justifie losing the money if i ditch it for a 70, found a company called city skoots who modified the original bore, head and ports and gained alot more power but ive tried contacting them and just never hear back

    Dude,

I emailed them a few months back and got an answer.

    The gist is yes they gained more power but;

    a) some of the non standard parts they used are NLA with their suppliers

    and

    b) they won't supply the kit - you need to leave the bike with them so they can tune it for you which, since they're in oz, makes things a bit difficult!

i never heard back from them, but cheers for telling me that :) cant alter the head like they did but if i feel the need for more power i might try polishing and increasing the exhuast port

Polishing does fuck all towards performance just means the carbon deposits don't build up as quick.
