old vx diff exhaust?

    anybody know if my old shape vx will take an exhaust off a new shape vx? same engine so i guess yes, different mounts at the back though? cheers

    crap, why wont they fit? can only be different mount plate behind silencer

    im sure like most bikes mate, it will fit, but mabye with a bit of modding.

    just incase anyone wants to know, the exhausts do fit, one out of the 3 mounts is a bit off and i made a spacer for one mount but its like 5 mins work. dont know why the general opinion is that they dont fit.
