Thought i'd do the introductions first just out of courtesey

I've ended up working on several peds....for my sins

My lads 16 and we bought him a speedfight 2 for his birthday as a first bike. Very tidy but not what he wanted so kept it a while and then sold it on.

He's now running a Piaggio Zip SP 2004, with polini 70kit, malossi reeds and intake, doppler clutch and Malossi variator and 21mm Malossi carb.

We paid £250 for it as a battered none runner and then rebuilt it from there. Total engine strip & rebuild (mains had gone) and then repainted all the bodywork.

The MOT ran out last Monday so now we've got to sort it again. Needs the head bearings sorting and a new stator coz its been replaced with one from a DNA thats not quite right
I've just bought another 2004 SP 50 for £70 that was stolen & recovered. This is gunna get used as spares for the first one and to replace the none standard SP panels on the 70

Thats about where we're at at the moment. Just need to weld up the TT exhaust for the MOT and then he's after a ZX??

    BTW..The name Stig....its coz I can't pass a skip without having a look in :D

ta for the comments. Unfortunately he's dopped the ped since it was painted AND flipped it whilst on the back wheel PMSL

SO...... the panels are off again and currently in primer waiting a flat back and paint again.

This time when its sorted, I'm gunna fit the Polini racing decals that we didn't get a chance to sort last time

Anyone got a cheap glovebox for sale?

Thanks, hopefully this time I'll get it finished with decals and all.

I've JUST finished the blue sections agin and they're witing for the clearcoat

    as for the white...another story!

had them in primer ready for another caot when I ran out. So fetched a litre of filler high build primer,....which conveniently reacted :wtf: :wtf:

so its a full rub back and start again :wallbash: :wallbash: :wallbash:
