I took the oil pipe off my zip today , and when I put it back it doesn't look like the oil is going back down it ?
Will it suck it though it self ? or is there something you have to do to get the Air-lock out ?
Also why doesn't the oil pipe go in to the carb ?

what do you mean why dosent it go into it ?
the pipe goes onto a nipple on the carb.

also best to put some oil in the tank then run it premix for a short while while the oil makes it way up the pipe

there's a bleed screw on the pump. bleed it through to there then run the motor up with oil in the petrol until the oil comes though

It goes down by the bottom casing somewhere, not on to the carb thats for shure.

the cable and oil line from the oil tank go into the casings to the oil pump then a smaller line comes from the pump tp the carb. as you twist the throttle the pump opens more to allow more oil, the big screw on the front off the pump is the bleed screw take that out let all the air out till just oil is coming out. then put it back in. then put some oil in the petrol then the oil will make its way up the line.
