alright all! have another problem my bike used to do about 55mph and i noticed it has dropped to about 45, so i thought nothing of it untill saturday when i was taking a ride to mansfield and i noticed if i had my bike on absolute full trottle it felt slower then it did when it was just abit above it. when i stopped to look my exhaust, my tip was smoking like mad out of the bit when the can joins the actual exhaust, when it cooled down i had another look and there was oil all over it? i was woundering why there was that much all on my exhaust. i have orderded a new exhaust tonight but i dont want to put it on if the engines fucked. any advice i would much apprieacte :good:
Sounds like your mixture is too rich so it's chucking excess out the end of the can. It also sounds like you have a leaky join on your can if gas is getting out where it shouldn't be. So no it isn't an oil leak.
