hello mate...not got it yet..still trying to find van or motor to get it back here to stappenill.its in milton.got it of ebay..no number or nothing so yr unknown.gonna keep it standard cos i gotta ride it on my full car licence so no wild speed mods.sad to hear bout your ped though.if you got any spares that you want to sell from it ide defo like to have first refusal...being a biker and a car driver is a eye opener...i have been squashed by cars and hit by bikes..on a ped is even more dangerous cos we dont have the tin round us,,but you cant beat the wind in the face and the feel of the road.love to meet up with ya any time your round this way.need all the help i can get with doing it up on the cheap and im an old school biker so can help out with repairs on others too if its needed.gotta stick together.

unfortunately ive got no parts off my scooter left, local lads have had them all, as soon as ive got another scooter ill be down that way so ill let you know when I do and maybe we can sort a ride ? has it still got the frame number (VIN) if not don't accept it. the thiefs know these are popular now and will nick them change the plates or just remove them and sell the scoots whole to innocent people. my next one wont be a vision sadly but itll be a scooter for sure :) im happy to help you with anything I can, I know a fair bit about these little scoots so inbox me if you need to know anything :)

not sure if this is the place to post to tell you all that ive finnally got my ped.but.. its good news...all it needs is a seat clip/clamp that goes on the seat and a bit off a tighten up of the handlebars (slight bit of give)and the back brake looking at...if i had a number ide book it in for an mot and be able to ride it to see how it goes on a run...but..up n down the garden.its a goer..woo hooo

don't need any special tools to work on the brakes on these, long nose pliers + adjustable wrench does the job, I can have a ring round later to see what parts I can get for you on if you like, ill pop them up when Im eventually back on the road lol

hi scoots.thought ide reply on here rather than on inbox(let the others know what im up to)if you can get or point me in the direction for a seat lock that would be a bonus..the rear brake i think is a clean up and deglaze but they are a piece of cake to change...tommorow is gonna be the first day im gonna have to really go over it and sort stuff..gotta find a good chain and padlock too..

im asking around right now for ya, ill get the mrs to get my parts bin in and ill see what ive got, I know theres a mod that some people do to the seat locks so they can lock it with a padlock (more secure than original lock) but ill ask around to see whos got what if I haven't got anything, oxford do a lock, sell on ebay for £20 heres a link - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Oxford-GP...22?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item2ec6f84b0a got one myself and theyre really good, though I use like 6 different locks lol, if the rear brake is locked on or doesn't work, usually its just adjustment of the cable but probably a good idea to clean up and deglaze anyway
