i decided to paint the bolt and stuf green a whille back

and the fuel caps.



also got a new shiny shock.




also painted my viper from scrapers 4 ?20



also got a new key cut.



i bort a stator cos it wont sparkin

added black wheels which look alot better



also i put black marbel vynal on my forks which i now need to replace the forks



my dog is nearly as big as my scoot



unbroken spedo cover fitted



also removed all green paint on bolts so its nice shinny metal

i went to the yorkshire bike show and got some bargains carbon handelbars ?20 so i now need clocks and switchgear also got some blue grips 4 ?3.95



i sprayed my tranny case black



and my zorst end can



sprayed the fuel caps (no more green i am going black blue and carbon



i am also ready for my clamp clocks and switch gear



i got my 21mm delorto ?23 with k&n and some jets



i got a malossi 70 sport kit



which should aventually when i fit it fix the compression probelem as the old top end had no head gasket and a snaped piston ring

fitted my21mm Dellorto DS PHBG along with carbon reeds i need a new manifold



i got a clamp for my renthal style bars



it needs the fork tube adjusting to fit properly



i also striped the back of the bike



i started polishing the tranny case cos some of the paint came of its proveing to be hard cos of all the scratches



i found out what was makeing all the noise



i have a hebo zorst on the way which i bort for ?14 cos its a bit rusty and no end can

i am also considering a respray in black with blue metal flake

i sprayed my side grills black cos they were grey



also fixed the hole in my seat bucket



i have a problem with my forks its like rusty oil ive cleaned the part under dust cover but no joy



i also now have a malossi 70 sport bore kit which i will be fitting soon

i got some back to black looks the shiz and makes ma carbon bits look mob and did some cleaning

i also vhtd my hebo and i need a end can which i can't find any where

i am expecting a hebo reed block malossi gear up hebo clutch and custom torque drive and new cylinder and rings



stuff to do:

get some tyres and them fitted

maybe get wheels powdercoated black

get some forks (hopefully new shape runner 1s modded to fit)

hebo end can

get front brake disk

and front pads and rear shoes

finish polishing engine and side case

get some little sort of spring for the levers as they dont turn of brake light

do a spray job black

maybe fit a crank if i have enough time and money

then start building back up as i only have 5 1/2 months left

havent been doing much to it as ive been working on my zip.

and i have some tuning parts comeing as the ones i had bought i got conned by paxtond anyways hear a pic of what the engine looks like now



and i also got some forks for xmas



i am polishing them as well top part and bottom parts of them will post a pic up of when there finished.

i also have taken the tyres of my black wheels



and my mates dad is getting them powder coated gloss black as he knows a few people who will do it on the end of another batch of items it just might take a while till the guy can get them done

update:
i started to cover over where light lenses went takes alot of sanding i will finish it some time in the next week



and on my transmition caseing i removed the fins as they were pissing me of trying to polish them it just needs smarting up which ill do when i buy some more tools for my dremel

started to polish my forks but i need some smoother wet and dry



ive fitted the gearup and other parts exept from the torque drive as i havent got a big enuff socket and i need to get a hebo clutch and decide what belt im getting

and today a got a load of stainless steel bolts ill post pics of them fitted soon

just put a few parts on to ma new engine to see what they look like more polishing happening soon and chrome kickstart will be added soon to





my new engine has malossi crank (dunno if it has a specific name or owt) with a l/c malossi 70 sport bore atached might upgrade to mhr rep when i make my mind up



it also has full malossi gear up primary & secondary the secondary wasnt know about by me or the old owner untill i went noseing around



the engine also has a hebo exhaust


and i also started to clean up the welds and remove some of the rust and polish it a bit it will be finished when i get more polishing supplys (the white on it is autosol)



the engine came with a top performaces cdi and i got a anthena cdi as well for cheap (but which one shall i use help!!)



i also got a mhr rep reed block for about £3



but i had to use standard parts and put the crap malossi reeds i had on it to see what it looked like (i may upgrade to mhr or a evo one which is best?)



i also got this malossi variator with the engine but i dont know what one it is yet (does anyone know) and should i use it instead of my polini speed control variator

update:
bought a polini filter for £5 its used but looks better than in the pics but its like new


and i polished my flywheel

got my rear wheel but it was like multicoulord green orange and black so i striped it down and im starting to polish it butt need more sand paper

expect more updates soon as ive started painting some parts and im ordering some new parts too

got a few bits a disk braided front & rear lines clutch and vari nuts and new front and back brake pads



polished my hebo hanging bracket



finished polishing up my hebo




i orderd some stuff from scooter centre
i got a bmg chrome kickstart



i algo got some gear oil



also got some motul coolant



i also got some malossi clutch springs



also got a malossi torsion control thingy


also a new oil pump belt



and a polini belt



also got a vari locking tool



also got a mhr rep bore but no pic cam batterys just ran out and cant find any
also got a evo reedblock which i will get pic of soon
got some green rims as well will use the black ones when i finish them and get tyres for them



and i need to replace crank seal then i can put my engine together
and i sorted my loom problem with a new stator and realised that my ac loom had the corect wire for temp guage

update:
right lil update havent got the forks yet but hopefully i will if the guy still has them but anyway i had to modd the seat bucked as im useing a angled filter so i made a board but decided to cover it in blue carpet and ive painted the fuel caps and battery cover and the other bit look verry good i must say.

i know these pics are bad but heres some of it as it stands now outside

UPDATE: right its been a while since last update and due to new bikes etc ive had little time and money to work on the nrg with but anyways heres the update.
i polished the yasuni (i will get it chromed when i have some spare cash)

ive preped and primerd inner panels i will be painting them bright green


i started to smooth in the indy panels to the main body and make the two sides one peice




i have removed the seat lock (ill smooth it over soon) and riged the seat to pop open by cable which i want to attach to a electic servo so i can open it remotely
also in that pick you can see my tank mounts i am going to be useing a tank from a pug buxy when i get the tap to fit.
i am also makeing a custom single seat i still have alot to do but when its done it will look good

i have started to make a undertray ive had to cut the frame and remove original fuel tank to do this i have made a wooden prototype which im useing as a mold to make one from fibre glass i will have the nrg grill in it

i also soon will be starting front panel mods i plan to fit a nrg power grill and smooth it in.
i am going back to the renthal idea but i will be useing chrome bars hebo stem (or simaler) and ssp switchgear in chrome and koso clocks

update coming soon its ready to be sprayed and ive decided im gonna have two back ends one all smooth with choped seat and one normal ive done the seat just need to do the rest of the panal and on the front im covering the holes of where the covers were

should be geting my hebo end can soon

and i need to get some nrg forks as minor told me not to bother with runner 1s

and im gonna be going round to see how much it would be to get my grey wheels powder coated

the shock is adjustable i got it from some company called

te-motorcyclespares tru ebay but they didnt have one in so they sent me that one cost 15 quid and goes with the coulors i chose for it
