just wondering if anyone has the same setup up as il have in a few days and how they have there's set up nrg power dt,malossi cast iron 70 kit,leo vince zx pipe, already spoke to someone about a rough setup for it but if you have this same setup what size jet you got in and what roller weights to go with it that are working well for you ive seen a dyno chart for a aerox with the same setup and its hp output was all over the place till set up right then it had a constant 10bhp through nearly the whole rev range
Could u afford to get psn to set it up ...it will be much faster and run better if it's all done perfect And don't forget you have to do about 200 miles to run it in
ive got same set up but different exhaust and 21 mm carb what carb you got? as roxy boy said get it set up on a dyno at a scooter shop n they will make it perfect if your any where near pedparts theyl do it for 40 quid
ive got the stock 17.5 carb. il get it on a dyno if i can find a place that will set it up right thats close enough
put a 70 or 72 jet in see wat its like n rollers all depend on wat variator/torque spring u got n prob need stiffer clutch springs basically effort with out a dyno
i called up ped parts today who i got the kit of and they said they set one up the other day the same model with the same exhaust and 70 kit and said a 70 main jet and 5.5 rollers was spot on
