nrg problems slow and stops at low rpm

have had a zip and now i'm on a nrg 02 plate i love my moped to bits and it's freedom for me. i have had the rollers replaced and exhaust put on (polini) and also ngk spark plugs. it will do 60 easy but at the moment it's abit boggy and cuts out at low rpm. which it really ticking me off as it's dangerous and gives me alot of grief because of the wankers behind me haha. also with the back wheel feels like it's slipping when about 50-60ish and feels like it's gunna come off any ideas would be a great help

Did you have your clutch springs changed when you fitted the polini pipe ?

no just the exhaust but had a malossi drive belt and new 6.5 rollers i think it was and its since then really been having problems

it sounds like your rollers are too heavy, and you possibly need stiffer clutch springs,
in short general transmission set up...

as for the wheel feeling like its going to fall off at 60 mph :glare: you really
need someone who knows what they are doing to take a look at that, your life may depend on it :rules:

the whole procedure is in the haynes manual...

 

ah sorted mah bike cleaned the filter and filter box and the petrol in it from the leak but sorted the idle speed and keeps running at low rpm. but havent been on a long enough ride to see if it bogs and definnately not overflow pipe because my dad put half a tank in and was pouring out on the drive
