nrg not holding revs

    Ive got a nrg 50 dt and it started to drop revs after about 6k. I took cylinder off and 1 ring siezed so have fitted new cylinder kit but its still doing the same. Ive fitted new spark plug and set gap still no better. Any ideas where i should check next.im thinking fuel or cdi unit.All help appreciated

    Could be an air leak on the inlet manifolds, or a carb problem.
