So I own a Yamaha Neos and get about 50 miles out a full tank that Great Im Fed up of how it looks how it sounds and its crap speed So im picking up a NRG mc3 2001 liquid cooled next week Its Got The following Polini Pipe (forgot name) Malossi Race Clutch + Variator Upjetted carb Open Airfilter Rollers The Guy Said its Crap on fuel he said it does 25miles to a full tank, Sounds like its Set up wrong to me... I think hes just upjetted the crap out of it and stuck an open airfilter on lol first thing im going to do is put standard filter on and downjet Back down Also Im looking at doing a Pretty big transformation in the future Like a 180cc Big bore kit And a large carb, Stronger crank etc What Kind of fuel do you get from an example a runner 172? if your lookin to down grade the jet dont buy a random jet size buy a complete set for the carb. you will need slowly reduce the jet size with the air filter on to find the correct one or run the risk off running to lean. any mods to a engine changes fuel ecomony alot, open air filters, carb, a full circle race crank etc , the main object of tuning is the power/spee.. fuel should not be considered lol
