sum picks of what i got for 20 quid . them forks are off a piaggio fly got them the wheel and caliper for a fiver just to see if could be machined to fit that frame if not pair of vx's it will be . decided im going down the 125 ac route for this nrg i think and still keeping my zip on the road while i complete this 1 not in any rush to get it done tho giving myself 8 month at least as dont want it to drag on 2 long lol.

Get a 125 4t motor in there, you will get an ac one cheap as everyone wants the lc, the difference is the head mainly, smaller ports and less valves

yea i thort about that im just not a fan of 4t engines decent tuning parts seem to be ridiculously expensive for not much gains then when something does go wrong it takes ages to strip down then rebuild .2t motors are nice and simple and quick to tear down if you need to. people say there not as reliable but if you look after it could last you years if you maintain it properly and its not an import made out of monkey metal lol

you could put the zip engine into it, but will look daft. zip has a shorter case than the nrg/piaggio engine, plus the wheel size difference, 10" on the zip and 12" on the nrg. Nice idea with the 125 lump, will need the loom and other electrical bits to suit or could run into problems.
