Hey i need some ideas, tips that i could use to get my ped going faster.
Its already hitting 70 at the moment and i recon i could push another 5 mph out of it but takes a while once its got to 70.

    My tuned parts
    Stage 6 70cc race kit
    Stage 6 race reed valves
    Straight manifold
    Uprated clutch springs
    Downsized belt
    24mm OKO race carb
Chrome endy exhaust for 70cc engines, now i am thinking of putting a Yasuni C16 exhaust on, i know you can get Yasuni C30 but it costs quite a bit.
    Update :)
How it used to look before i crashed xD

with that set up i would deffo recommend a torque driver rear pulley half, i fitted one to my scooter with a similar set up to yours, and i was pretty astounded with the difference it made :good:

im using a purple malossi +82% contra spring on my scooter :)

You just need some transmission items really. Like var, torque drivers, and a better exhaust youll defiantly benefit from. Check out my sale thread i have things that will defiantly interest you.

c16 and city16 both give the same power...

the c16 is not e-marked and you cant use your centre stand as the expansion chamber fouls it,

The city16 can be used with the centre stand and is e-marked, and is a little dearer :)

Nice setup might be worth you getting a better crank if your still using standard atm

Its not a road legal ped im affraid to tell you. 70kits are for race use only and are totally Illegal to use on the road, any decent pipe that works well with a 70kit is not E-marked so thats also Illegal (unless you use a Yasuni C16 w/ E-mark then de-restrict it, plus I bet a pound to a penny that your V5 shows your bike as a 49CC MOPED. Not 70cc Motorcycle (becomes a motorcycle after de-restricting, yet most people dont tell the DVLA)

Not having a pop mate, just letting you know. Because I have a feeling your gonna get pulled one day and tell the cop its got a 70kit blah blah.. Same for MOT's, some MOT inspectors will fail a bike because of illegal parts.

If anyone asks, its a 50 with a pipe and THATS IT!

A better pipe and some transmission goodies as said above, would work wonders on your ped!

Heyy yeahh i know all about that ;) my first ped and my second have both had 70 kits in been pulled 4 times, never been caught soo thats nothin to bother :). Jus got a polini superspeeed variator and i have actually lost speed????? is this because my rollers are only 4.5g ? dunno what my other polini variator rollers were but im sure they would of been heavier?
