NRG Help!!!!

i need headlight bulbs for my nrg... but i dont want boring standard ones... i want something abit flashy and blue tinted... also... how do you take the fuel inner panel bit of? if not ill just wrap it chrome blue...

 

Tinted blue lights are illegal to use on the road.

 

its all for show.. not road use... i just want some blue tinted bulbs when i go to shows... and ill switch to normal when on road...
