nrg extreme 19mm tnt carb setup help

ive just tryed to fit a 19mm tnt carb and it has a vacuum and oil feed and i also have a vacuum and oil feed manifold but i'm confused as to wer i plug them al together with piping but i noticed a nipple on the top of my 50cc header and if u turn it lc comes out need help and it also bogs a bit sounds like to much airs being sucked in any suggestions as to how to set the carb up right thanks
