ok, so you have a battery fitted, the indi's should work, but alot of these wont actually give you lights unless the engines running, so try that obviously first. if everythings new, is it new in the packet or just new to you and sold as "working"? follow the red wire to the switch, the white wire from the switch, this is your power, should be able to light a test light from the battery, then from the red wire opn the ignition, then the white wire in the on position, this then runs down to all your subsudry devices (lights, horn and so on) is the clock plug on correctly, can you see any breaks in the curcits on the back of the clocks? any burning/scorch marks on the connections.. the wires can break half way down the loom, they can come out of plugs, its gonna be something simple like that. so start pulling off 12" of tape from the loom at a time and checking the power/earth cables, if the horn is working you have some life in there. if you cable tie the loom as you go, it wont end up as a mass of wires, you just tape it back up once your done.. anything will do, sandwich bag twist sticks are especially cheap/easy.. as above, need to get the multi meter out and check continuity on the wires, as it does sound like a break in the earth wire or the red/white
