got a set of nrg engine cases, missing a chunk out of the stator side where the fan case bolts on, not too drastic though! gear plate is also polished! also got a malossi sport 70 bore that needs a rebore and O/S piston and a stocker AC piggy barrel with some minor port work on it, again could do with rebore and O/S piston not looking for much on these at all really, post offers in here
yup will do in a min i can also do a bit of work on the cases if you like, depending on your setup u just want the cases or barrels as well?
cant take pictures of barrels really, but the damage is bad enough to warrant a rebore, so condition doesnt really matter, they definately need a rebore/rehone if your lucky on the stock barrel

trying to split an engine with a hammer does this... it will still run absoloutly fine with that missing altho it wont look verry tidy
this was split by the previous owner getting pissed off with the motor coz it broke, so he stood it up and kicked it over also theres a pic of the gear plate, ill be polishing it a bit more before posting it to whoever buys it
I'll take the melossie kit if it's for an LC ? I've got a guy that will do it all for £65 the kits are 110 delivered on the web so to make it cost worthy for me will you take £20 delivered for the old barrel/head/old piston
if my bike turns out to be seized mate ill take the 70 kit of you, as getting that rebored would probabally cost less that getting the garage to buy a new 50cc from their outlet
its AC and u really dont want the piston, if your getting it rebored you need an oversize piston anyway
as before you will want a LC barrel, this is AC although the NRG cases will fit your bike, they have everything in place for LC just need to put a waterpump in
