i know you all get this alot but just wondering what you would say about this set up as it doesnt seem as quick as it should be.
    its an aircooled nrg power.
it has athena 70cc kit with technigas pipe and standard 17.5mm carb (shit pipe i know but this will be changed soon)
    malossi belt
    hard motoforce torque spring
polini speed control variator 7g rollers
    standard clutch
    ????????????????????????????
    cheers

pretty sure main jet size is 80. does that sound about rightt? what weight rollers would you say roughly? i could mix and match some and are there any prefered makes of rollers or are they all much the same?? maybe going to try some stiffer clutch springs in it. and the only thing i will say is my bike does around 60mph on a good day, but that was when it only revved to 10k now ive put a different variator in it revs to just past 11k and i dont trust going flat out on it as i dont want to blow it up. im probably just being paranoid as these engines are designed to go flat out. but if i lighten the rollers will it rev even higher?? it just feels as if the heavier rollers that were in the old vaariator were not letting it rev as high. also another question will i need to upjet if it revs higher now?

lighter the rollers the faster the gear change (kinda) ...but if they are too heavy it will be switching too late

try 6 gram rollers. 60 will be max speed on standard gearing. Buy a gear up.

Most of them need to be pressed, Get a stage 6 pre pressed one I'd buy a primary one as they're easiest to fit.

It's behind the clutch parts. You can't see it. I don't quite know why they sell s6 gear box covers. Malossi Does one too.

ohh rightt it looks like it should be an outer casing. just going to put my polini belt and change clutch springs now and lighter rollers so will let you know the outcome. also if my clutch bell is warped could this make the bike judder when pulling away slowly???

Put it on a flat surface you'll see if it's warped. Or there will be blue spots where it's got hot.
