Just had the exhaust bolted on properly snapped stud had it drilled out and retapped runs perfect and quiet!
Need some help bike cut out today after riding starts up revs very high 7000 rpm full throttle bike will hardly move I did mess around with the idel brass flat head screw on the side of the carb (big screw) to try get it to tick over correctly after having exhaust fixed,but wouldn't start then got it started and having problems moving just reving high moving about 5mph..help please...
sounds like the belt is on its end ( makes high rpm's and doesn't move becouse the it isn't big enough anymore to take gripp. Cheacked already the transmission?
hi yes i thiink theres a problem with the carb i had it started it was riding with the air box off but now wont start its got a wet spark (brand new spark) well didnt ride it far just tested it,it goes to start up but when i throttle it just goes back to sounding like it dont wanna start ive tried to mess with the idel and mixture screw no luck,i check the flow on the carb there petrol getting through,i did take the carb apart and there was a smal jet hanging out underneath the float screwed that back but same problem any help im just trying to get it running as i have a 125 so want to sell it,full mot tax logbook etc brilliant bike but just wont start
