I have got a nrg lc mc3 50 in bits off my mate as he's gone to 4 wheels It has a 360 pm exhaust lol and a 25mm carb Please don't laugh it's how she come when I start the bike it just screams at full throttle I don't have a clue why it's doin it do I need to Downgrade to a smaller carb ? i did like the idea Of the supersized carb but don't know if it's the jet the choke the throttle cable please help me ?????? I also have Mhr rep kit ready to go in shud I just but a 21m Dell ?????
carb should be ok with the rep... might get a little bore wash but set it a little rich and premix the oil an itl be fine. chances are the carb's been fitted with the stock cable and isnt returning back to the idle screw.. id just order a new gilera runner 125 carb to splitter cable as there a little longer and alot easier than modding the thing. throw that on and check back.. i can help rough set the carb for the bike,. the carb isnt the problem with 70's, getting the rollers just right FOR a big carb is
thanks minor im back from aus now so can start getting busy gonna fit the rep today ill report back on here might have to start a project at last lol (i went to fit the the bore today and my tools are all messed up so didnt get to fit it but i have a runner splitter cable on my old nrg conversion frame so can use that or do i need brand new 1??
