nrg 125

    i have got a nrg 125 with a runner engine in and sometimes the head will hit the frame which causes a small hole in the water hose has anyone got any ideas why. its on a modded 50 mount. I now this question has sorted of been asked by someone about there 180 nrg but i now what im doing because i have done everything else and its fine but this keeps happening every now and then cheers

    cause a 50 nrg isnt designed for a 125 engine lol :mrgreen:

    monty is right!

    Most conversions end in tears.. I "THINK" its something to do with the rear shock or the front forks.. Need 125 ones not 100% sure though.

    Actually its hardly anything to do with the shock,,,

    Ditch the nrg frame use a typh frame...

    are you using a 50 engine mount or 125? the 125 hits the frame.

    na im using a 50 mount modded to fit the 125 engine

    ina typh/nrg frame you need an nrg shock to clear the head on the seat bucket mount, even then it will hit at bottom position, need to cut a bit out and weld in a lil peice of metal. or give up putting a wc 125 engine in an nrg.
