Keep the mount nice and tight so you have to lever engine in place then no vibes at all I actually prefer it to the 125 mount pluss its easy to fit a pipe then.
If you want the mounts doing ask me and ill do em for free for ya

sorry to say mate your wrong, but many poeple go wrong here, to tight and your have major bone shaker.
youngsters have this idea that tight is right, nope tight with just make something snap sooner or later.

as for a 125 lump in a 50 frame, it all comes down to who does it and how. ;)

have to agree with andy on that tight is right done plenty of conversions now like wot andy says about the bolts is true as well if there to tight then there vibrate like a rampant rabbit :D

they do have to be tight to the bushes, they tend to swing side to side if not, and they snake like fuck when riding

messure the offset of the wheel to the engine mount on both engines (inside point obviously) then on the 125 ajust and remove material where neecisasary.. if you cant work this out from that then you shouldent really be swapping engines about as they do run offset and can crab like a bastard if you get it wrong, leaning to the side is also another horible trate, if done correctly its pritty good, but they all wear out like any mount.

nope, need to weld in a section of frame to support the centre silent block or the entire cradle flaps about..
