Non runner 2

I have recently bought a second hand scooter and have cleaned the carb and replaced the battery and spark plug and it's not starting. Do you know what I should look at next please?

 

check

Spark
Fuel
Compression

put about a tea spoon off premix in the spark plug and kick and if you have all of them above it should fire...and do not thottle it

 

maybe try putting abit of petrol in the carb and hold it on full throttle?

 

CHeck for spark first ,then check fuel is getting into carb ,spray easystart or simililar into carb ,maybe check reed valves

 

I tried some quick start spray into the carb and now it starts great!
