basically my bike makes a horrible crunching noise which sounds like its coming from the variator casing area....it isnt too bad but when i reach 30mph it gets unbareable but then after 35mph it gets quieter again what could this noise be? (original carb 72 jet, 5g rollers , stronger clutch spring ans sport exhaust) yamaha neos thanks in advance
Also it was cutting out after about 15 mins of driving and up long hills and was using a lot of petrol (80) jet, so I put the 72 in and now its cutting out after about 3-5 mins any ideas? Thanks
Mine did that on my Aprilia and I found out the Bendix was knackered.... sounded like tools in a dryer! so bought a new one and it seemed fine but I accidentally broke abit of the Variator so bought a new one of them aswell, all seems ok now.
