    Put a 5ah battery in there instead of a 4ah one (I'm guessing it's 4ah)
Does it turn over much faster when you jump it?

    Can you get a 10ah?
    How old is the battery?
And how much does it drop to when you are turning it over?
I actually cut my teeth so to speak being a forklift mechanic so I'm pretty good with electric motors.

Never even heard of that brand before.
    Try a new battery.
If it's still giving you trouble I would be looking at the starter motor or starter motor cables.
