I have a Yamaha jog R 2005 air cooled and its not sparking, I don't know why this happened as I only left it for 10 minutes then it wouldnt spark. I've changed the spark plug, tested the coil and seen a thick blue spark off the bike and I've changed the cdi unit. I've checked the wiring for continuity but I can't figure out what's wrong. Does anybody think my stator/pulse generator is bad? Has anybody had a similar problem with this scooter? I need someone to help me get it running again. Thanks
Oh yea and the scooter was running when the coil wasn't bolted to the frame, whereas before it was but wouldnt run.
