the fogger is fed into the inlet tract.. usually the manifold but can freeze open and youd essentially be stuck at full throttle. hence people out them pointing into the carb. this has the no2 and extra fuel mixing and forming a mist/fog (hence fogger) the mix is deliverd by 2 solanoids. one is fed by the reserve tank of the no2, the other is fed by a second fuel tank oil rich to keep it smokey rather than hot. make sence?
