Nitro Sidewinder helmet with pump

Hi

I've been looking for a new helmet and was in a shop today.

I looked at various ones and the ones that fitted well for me were;

shark s500
hjc fg15
Nitro N-psi Sidewinder

The nitro was the best fit, had everything i wanted (sun visor, ratchet chin strap, pinlock visor)

But ive never heard of Nitro

Do you have any reviews or views on Nitro helmets?

 

Ive had 2 nitro helmets.

Nitro MX419- mx helmet (£40 new) . Just as comfy fit as the real expensive ones.
Only problem i had with that was on north run 2010, the strap rubbed and f*kin killed for days.

Ive got a Nitro Carbine (mx) now (£50 new). Alot better then the MX419.. It has a click in strap(buckle) doesnt rub at all

Sidewinder will be good for the job tho, Even tho nitro helmets are cheaper then most the quality is great

 

Are you telling us you wore the helmet whilst RUNNING!!!!!

Running for 13 miles???
