Night rider.... Clacton on sea.

It was a cold ride back from my mate Colin's house, but a good couple of miles of empty streets, with dry but cold conditions, I have 2 helmets, one with chin cover , for my z ,and one open faced with a visor(24.99 lidls) for me scooter, it has a full faced visor, and it covers the chin with clear plexiglass,polyurethane what ever it is, giving it a point, then there is the rest of me, tall(6'4") slim(ish) and my winter riding jacket. Hunched over, knees under chin, head over headlight, hurtling down the empty streets at top whack(28-30) loving every second, the melody buzzing down the road with that old 2 stroke buzz, leaving a fine blue trail of castrol 2stroke oil wafting in the night. Thumbs up from lads at roundabouts, staring in disbelieve as the mini moped sticks in to the corners, at full chat, with a fella twice it's size hunched over blatting down the road, me only a couple of feet from the road surface, even corsa's look big, get waves from the girls, grining and cooing at me at the lights, then we're off again, winding the revs up, wirl from the variator, at 28-30 in a few seconds, it my be small, but she's in remarkable condition, and she's quick, quicker than you 4 stroke 50's upto 28-30, she weighs 56kg, or fcuk all. So, if your in clacton and your see a beige tiny scooter buzzing along, with a fella grinning from ear to ear, ringing the ar$e off a tiny 50, it'll be me
