Newbie In desperate need of help

Hi guys Im new on here and to scooters iv given a speedfight 2 but it's a non runner got a spark when I kick it over fuel seams to be getting to the cylinder but it's will not start as anyone got any advice

 

Do a compression test with a proper tester. Beg, borrow but don't steal one. And your finger over the hole isn't a test of compression!
Make sure it has good fuel, could be stale if it's been sitting a while.
If you have a spark and the plug is getting wet with fuel, then it's a good indication that the piston has gone.

 

Clean the float bowl, the choke jet is probably blocked.
And change the spark plug anyway....

 

Thanks for the replys guys spent yesterday looking the per over and noticed that the vacuum full tap would not shut off after I removed the vacuum pipe so that's shot plus i tryed stripping the carb to give it a good clean but the jets are well and truly stuck tight so that's shot spark plug sparks but that's going to get changed along with the fuel but I'm going to run it on a 50-1 premix as I don't fancy relying on the oil pump
