    '05 and '08 Zuma's,
I have a Yamaha Zuma that I bought an Aerox motor for. It's basically stripped down except the gearing and a crank. Originally I was just going to swap over my ac stuff from the zuma and maybe later liquid cool it. Well, that just seems to be a huge wast so I'm going all out with a 77cc Malossi.
Since there isn't much lc knowledge over here in the US, I was hoping to pick a few brains here on this site...

I live in Nevada, which gets really hot (120 f) during the summer so I need to know how much cooling capacity I'll need for those temps?
    Should I run a thermostat?
Should I use an electric pump or is the mechanical pump sufficient enough for a 77?
Is the Molossi 77 a really good bore, or should I use something else? (I would like to use my RHQ 12mm crank)

I'm sure that I'll have more questions soon.
Thanks in advance for any tips and tricks
    Cheers,
    Larry
