Hi all. Joined a couple of weeks ago been watching the forum, some very good threads. In the last year of high school, leaving soon! Interested in scooter tuning heres my ped and what ive done so far... Will be fitting a 70cc kit soon hopefully.

Fully De-restricted.
Yasuni Z Pipe.
Polini 9 Speed Variator Kit. (3.5g Rollers)
Polini Clutch & Springs.
Doppler Air Filter.

Thanks for the comments... Fitted the Malossi MHR crank and cylinder kit yesterday, ive put some 4.5 rollers in the variator and seems to be ok. Got the jetting more or less ok but its booked in on the dyno for tuesday. So not going to mess with it anymore. Draining the oil tank now, going to put some fully synthetic oil in it. Once all the engine work is done, on to the body work.

 

Yh looks good , should be rapid with da malossi mhr , is the mhr rep 70z?

hi im new 2 the site and just wanted 2 ask Gilly-93 how fast did your Aprilia sr50 06 go when it didn't hav the 70ccm kit or anythink just Fully De-restricted.

hi mate,without the 70 kit and crank i would have thought it did about 45mph no more,, the acceleration improved a good bit aswell.... forget the big open air filter we never got it to run right, stick with the standard air box... we still run it with the 70kit no bog or dips anywhere just revs all the way to the top, my mates got an sr with the polini evo kit on plus everything else you can think of but its unrealible, noisy as hell and he darn't go out on it incase he gets pulled... oh it blew up last night, you had to rev hell out of it to go anywhwere... ive been pulled 3 times in 2 weeks they had a quick look at the exhaust which is E marked and on my way. liam
