best to go pipe and cylinder together, but you can do it in ether order, using a pipe will rape the lil 50 of all its power all the time, the 70 without the pipe would be more power and the same life in the cylinder as the original, both means you have more power and its all nice and high in the revs... any mods require fueling and transmission setup. plenty about rollers/jetting in the guides section. plenty other parts you can buy but an engine is really only as powerfull as the kit and pipe used aswell as the carb feeding it. everything else is simply there to be strong and survive the power (stronger crank and so on) or make use of the power you have (transmission modifications) porting the kit, flowing the cases, altering ignition components and the like add power, lightening and balancing simply makes things stronger/less likely to shake/wear out/cause unnecisasary reductions in power, you dont gain power.

in short.. id go for the kit, then a second hand pipe in good condition.. leave the rest for now (just set the transmission and carb up) keep the airbox too, always run better/use way less fuel/last longer
