Might need to reject the carb for the reeds you have put in. Try using the old reeds that it had before?

I bought a stage 6 big valve intake and motoforce 21mm carb as a bundle from Maxiscoot.com. I put in the 120 malossi kit a few days ago and is being a real pain to get it setup right and now im trying to play around with the reeds to see if it will run better.

how does it run? i like carbon/fibre reeds as if they die, it doesnt take your top end out

have you got the vacuum pipe connected right ? I used to have a speedy 100/120 and fitted same kit no probs , the metal plates are not reeds.
