new shape sr70 project

just bought this 56 plate sr70 off my mate today, it had an engine rebuild about 150 miles ago and the standard belt snapped about a month ago and its sat in my garage since, so made himan offer and got it

not sure what else im doing withit but itll be getting a paint job, renthals and maybe some fibreglassing

was thinking of puttin the runner engine init, if it dont sell on ebay it might happen

 

yeah swap engines over billy the runner will still make decent money with the sr engine in it

 

lol i love the fact billy can spend so much money on bikes if i were u i wud fix the sr and sell it and get a 125 runner frame and make the runner 125 and keep the runner.

 

igot it cheap mate,thats why i bought it, im not 17 so a 125 framed bike is no use to me and i need the money off one of the bikes :rofl:

oh okay mate what colour is this 1 going or i think you should just sell it as it is with new belt

 

ive changedit to multi coloured on the logbook so it can be any colour but as its got afew blue bits one colour will have to be blue, i was thinkng blue with white inners but im not sure what sr's will look like with painted inners????

tbh that ones fuglu lol paint aint great either but good reference we all no itll look good ne way lol

 

its to give a idea of painted inners and renthals could even photoshop the red to blue and see what it will come out like

pulled the panels off and the engine out today and also ordered some bits off scooterattack so they should be here next week

this is taking the piss now man you musta been through about 4-5 bikes since i been working on one....you sleeping with the postman for same day delivery on anything or sumin?
