Got a brand new regulator for my speedfight, i just tested the volts of the battery on the bike and its 13.35 volts, will i need to charge / is it better to charge the battery before i fit the new regulator? as the current regulator is going dim again,

put the battery in, connect everything , start the bike and check voltage at the battery , should be around the 14 mark, turn all the lights / break lights / indis on and check same again to make sure the charging system is coping/working well.

Its all sweet, when i use the breaks the lights at the front stay the same power, but as before the lights went dim with the old regulater, so all is good :)

well im going to the shop tomorow or monday to get my lights ready for the mot at the end of the month. does any1 know if the main beem and the fog light on my speedfight 2 100cc are to be both straight alined beside each other? because when i go from main beem to fog lights the fog light is higher than the main beem.

Sidelights, dipped and full beam? Usually full beam is higher than dipped it's quite normal, because dipped is designed not to blind oncoming traffic while full beam is for max vision when theres just you about
