New from Devon Jog rr lc

    20180910_122039.jpg 20180721_180435.jpg Hi everyone just running this one in put a 70 kit on 4.5g rollers up jet to 72 technigas exhaust with restrictor removed. Running 40.1 pre mix as well as the autolube. Seems to cut out at high revs? Starts right back up is it the cdi limiter or too rich? Could mot find anywhere for this box under the seat to plug into?

    Welcome, That’s to much oil the autolube alone is 50:1

    you shoudnt put any extra oil in for a 70cc unless its a mid race. what size carb have you got? going up from a 12mm to 17.5 really helps.

    Cheers was not sure and deffo didn't want to seize while running in! Replaced starter and sprag clutch also relay, took it for a 10 mile test run and sprag clutch has vaporized! It's literally dust.

    clutch spring? i dont understand sprag

    It's the little clutch that disengages the starter motor but it's toast, giving up on elec start just gonna kick it, running much better after I fitted a new drive belt! Just headset bearings to do now.
