New Crank Bearing And Seals

    Hi there i am installing some new crank seals and bearings tomorow i have a rough idea of how to do it i was just wondering if there is a guide anyware on he internet to use or any tips anyone could give me would be greatfull

    its a suprisingly delicate job fitting them

    my advice, do not rush that part get it rong and it will be a major headache, im sure theres loads of info about fitting crank bearings on here

    its seals you want to watch they can be fitted wrongly VERY easily, i dont know how many fuck ups i made when i rebuilt my kmx125 bottom end

    if you can get a socket and lightly tap the seals squarely

    remember they have to be in straight, seated good with no damage at all, check them 10x over before you build over them, mind you they are piss easy on an aerox



    if in doubt buy the hanuals manuals for scooters!!! ive had a brief look inside one and theres info and pics on building scooter engines
