new carburetor has another choke type

Hello, so, i bought this new 21mm carburetor and the chocke on it is not the same as the original choke, i don't know how to install it on the scooter, i have pictures with both of them, if anybody has an ideea how i can install it i will be very greatfull.

so, this is my original e-choke:


And the chocke on the new carburetor looks like this:

Any ideea how this should work?
