Ok so my problem is that i tried to fit a 17.5mm carb on my aerox today. got everything connected fine but it wouldnt start? my setup: DR Racing 70cc LeoVince Zx pipe Polini carbon reed valve block 4.5g rollers harder clutch springs Malossi Red sponge airfilter I tried needle adjustments aswell as toying with the idle screws but still nothing Any help would be appreciated :hello:
These carbs come from the factory normally un-tuned, so its un-likely that its setup correctly for your engine from the factory as these carbs are used on MANY other engines/brand scooters. I cant really help you much on this one, but you need to do alot of research to find a good base setting to start with.
id sudgest you dont go messing wiht fueling untill you understand it a little better... put your stock carb back on, get reading, attempt this when you have LOTS of jets/needles/rollers/time to fuck about wiht it
