hey ppl i had a 70 kit on my scooter then the piston ring went on it so i needed to fix her seeing as ime skint just got a new 50 kit so i fitted it and started up then ride it bout 15 meters and i fort emm pritty fast for a 50 then it started to die on me wen i put the throttle on like it was boging out . so i checked if the fuel was going threw and if the sparky had cum lose but there were fine i even cleaned the carb out and jets so ime not sure wat it is cud it be rollers ? fitted new 1s wen i got the 70 kit so they should still be oknot checked if they r ok yet help me please not been on her for 2 months plus i get ppl looking at me like a twat wen ime going really slow anyhelp with this and that would be great thanks ppl cheers nay :blink:
well i dint up jet with the 70 thats y it fucked up got the wrong 1 sent from donotlink peds twats fucked up my bike anyways no what will i mess with the mixture of it with the needle thanks matey big help :good:
plus i think there could be an ait lock in the collant pipes but dunno if this would cause this how would i bleed the cooling systum proper cheers
will be rollers all day long.. is it revving when it bearly moves or bearly revving? set the mixture as per the manual stock figure.. dont play wiht the needle.
hey mate ive changed the roller and that did nuffin minor and then i cleaned the carb again the checked if the reeds were nackered but they r fine cleaned sparky aswell and wen your going it revs as normal maybe a bit slower than noramal but take a long time to build up speed plus wen i went out on it last night it keep like jilting forward and back like it was splitering fuel into the carb i dont no whats up with it it wont even start now helppppppppppppp really pissed :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: any help would help a lot thanks guys
and yes it did have an afect made me go bout 10 meters further haha and there stanadard 1s well i think its sumit to do with feul and carb must be but its not starting now so i dunno :banghead:
no... you had what rollers and try'd what rollers? EVERYONE seems to think im talking nonsence when i try explain auto transmission and the stalling effewct it can have.. fact is this is almost certianly transmission related and your ignoring it and trying to rejet it to cure the problem like EVERYONE else wiht a stock scoot a pipe and a 110 jet.. do yourself a favor.. get some scales.. get some rollers, read the roller guide.. stop fucking wiht your bike as it will only get worse, your ignoring the actual problem or put your stock rollers stock jet and stock pipe back on there and have done wiht it
hey mate cheers for replying its got the stock rollers there brand new and a stock size 56 jet al it has is the lio vince pipe thats it and now its not starting for sum reason so do u think its the rollers then even tho there brand new and the stock 1s from a bike shop my carb had a new choke put init andits still got the old sparkplug as well its seems to be sparking but its very weak ime really confuzed cheers nay
its not a stock pipe.. so the rollers are too heavy.. read the guide for more info... as for the jetting... its a jetforce right? so is it injection or carb?
i no its not got a stock pipe its a c-tech ive just been messing bout with it the spark is fine fuel is gettin frew but its not starting plus electric start will not and i have sum 3.7 gram polini rollers (brand new) would this help and u no the 2 stroke oil there is a black pipe that goes to a silver box ( oil pump ) maybe and ive kicked it over for ages and theres no oil running threw it matey thanks for replying again cheers nay
