neos 2002

Just got a neos 2002 as a non runner on Gumtree for 100 its in good nick and only had one owner from new got it off a old man its all standard so it hads not been raged about want to get it running then tune her

 

Got the neos started in the end the reed block was in bits in the engine but lucky no bits went to to the engine got a new one put it in then she started now tuning time lol got a new 21 mm carb and a open air filter and sanded the panels down and sprayed then gloss black will put pics up soon

hopeing to get the new carb on to day and roolers then setting it all up ie up jeting

Done the sanding down on the body work and sprayed them just need to put them back on the bike then get pics

Is it a standard 50cc or 70cc?
How's it running with the 21mm carb on it?

 

Its running the standard 50cc
The 21mm carb runs good on it had to up jet it with the set up that's on it at the moment it gos like fu*k and the front end wants to come up

 

Pulled the engine out of the bike to day striped the engine and started to clean 12 years of dirt off the engine cases done one side of the caseing used coke I put 6l in to a and put the case in the coke and left it and it come out nice got pics
